Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accurate reporting

• Review and optimize month-end close processes

• Complete bank reconciliations and detail account transactions

• Manage aging reports and support accounts receivable efforts

• Assist in auditing and financial analysis routines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 3 years in full-cycle accounting

• Advanced skills in Excel, including data queries

• Experience with Visual or Simply Accounting is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset
