Join a dynamic team as an Office Manager in Delta, responsible for daily operations and basic accounting tasks in a flexible, client-oriented environment. This is an excellent growth opportunity.
Our Canadian client is looking for a detail-focused Office Manager to handle day-to-day administrative duties and mentor one team member. You will oversee office workflows, support accounts payable and receivable, and maintain client relations for overdue accounts. Your ability to manage operations will contribute to the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily office scheduling and supplies management
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Guide and mentor the Admin Assistant for task delegation
• Follow up with clients on overdue accounts
• Prepare reports to ensure accurate office records
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience in an office
• 2+ years in a corresponding Office Manager position
• 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping or AP/AR
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word expertise
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams
