This newly created Office Manager role requires candidates with at least two years of relevant experience. You will coordinate varied administrative tasks while supervising one team member and facilitating AP and AR functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations including workflow coordination
• Support AR/AP through coding and payment processing
• Guide the Admin Assistant and progressively delegate tasks
• Communicate with clients for overdue account follow-ups
• Prepare reports to maintain efficient office management
Requirements:
• 3+ years in administration; 2 years in Office Manager roles
• 1+ years in high volume AP/AR or bookkeeping
• Diploma or degree in business or accounting preferred
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, Word
• Experience in mentorship or leadership preferred
