- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
- Follow-up on issues with work orders
- Keep track of shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) Certificate Computer and technology knowledge
