BCfresh is looking for a career‑minded person to join our Potato and Vegetable Supply and Distribution team. The main focus of this position will be to source products from our local growers and allocate those products to our customers based on their specifications. The role works closely with internal departments and may provide support across various functions within BCfresh as needed.

• (Supply) Source product to meet a wide variety of customer needs
• (Distribution) Allocate product to customers based on specifications
• Collaborate with BCfresh Potato and Vegetable packaging sheds to ensure efficient distribution of product
• Quality Control to confirm the product meets customer specifications
• Communicate with all departments, including warehouse staff, sales and growers
• Communicate with transportation and customs brokers as needed

• Knowledge of produce
• Agriculture experience preferred
• Quality Control – must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Strong communication, written and verbal
• Inventory and warehouse experience is an asset
• Logistics experience is a consideration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Problem‑solving skills
• Time management
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, with follow‑up, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to make quick, decisive decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

This role offers a salary range of $70,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience.
