Graham is actively recruiting for Project Managers supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering construction projects up to $50M, ensuring schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through close-out.

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, start-up, execution, and close-out
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone dates
• Oversee subcontracting process and procurement activities
• Implement and monitor HSE and Quality plans to meet corporate standards
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing project team

• Education:
  
  Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in coordinating construction projects
• Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling
• Software:
  Proficiency with MS Office Suite and using scheduling and project management software

• Salary Range: $102,000 to 153,000 per annum
