Position: High-Impact Construction Project Coordinator
Drive the coordination of high-impact construction projects as a detail-oriented Project Coordinator. Facilitate project timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution from design through to completion.

This position is crucial for managing the entire project lifecycle involving various teams, ensuring that projects remain organized and aligned with expectations. You will assist in maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and implementing solutions for any arising delays. Your skills will be pivotal in documenting all stages of the process and communicating updates to clients and teams alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the project lifecycle from planning to closeout

• Assist with project schedule development and maintenance

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely execution

• Track project progress and propose solutions for issues

• Organize project documentation and communication

Requirements:

• 3+ years in project coordination or related fields

• Experience with permitting in British Columbia

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities

• Ability to read technical construction drawings

• Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
