Role OverviewAs a Lead Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll serve as the driving force on-site, coordinating teams and keeping projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities- Direct all field operations from project startup through final completion
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure productivity and quality
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
- Monitor progress and address challenges to keep projects on track
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Track and manage site documentation, reports, and daily logs
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
- Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-million-dollar projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an asset
- Team-oriented mindset aligned with accountability, respect, and collaboration
- Salary: $95,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience
