As a Lead Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll serve as the driving force on-site, coordinating teams and keeping projects moving forward.

• Direct all field operations from project startup through final completion
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure productivity and quality
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
• Monitor progress and address challenges to keep projects on track
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Track and manage site documentation, reports, and daily logs
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
• Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-million-dollar projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an asset
• Team-oriented mindset aligned with accountability, respect, and collaboration

• Salary: $95,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience
