Position: Elite Paving Hiring Construction Helpers
Become a Construction Helper with Elite Paving Ltd. in a full-time capacity. An opportunity to engage directly in the construction process and teamwork.

We are currently seeking Construction Helpers to start as soon as possible. This ongoing role offers $25.00 per hour for 35 to 40 hours weekly, focusing on hands-on construction activities. Your primary duties will include material handling, paving, and assisting in site preparation while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and transport materials for various construction tasks

• Mix and spread concrete and asphalt accurately

• Erect scaffolding and dismantle when necessary

• Ensure cleanliness and organization at construction sites

• Assist in traffic direction during working hours

Requirements:

• Prior construction experience is advantageous

• Able to handle physical demands and heavy loads

• Must work on-site with no remote options

• Authorization to work in Canada as a resident

• Must exhibit reliability and flexibility in tasks
