HSE Compliance Coordinator in Buildings

Take charge of HSE compliance as a Buildings HSE Coordinator d safety measures and conduct inspections across key projects to enhance workplace safety.

As part of the Building Division, this role involves supporting multiple projects, including the Skytrain Operations and Maintenance Centre. You will work under the Regional HSE Manager, focusing on compliance, inspections, and incident reporting to drive safety improvements in operations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety orientations for all project participants

• Ensure inspections are carried out and deficiencies tackled

• Analyze safety performance and report trends

• Support emergency preparedness and BBS initiatives

• Attend HSE meetings for ongoing safety enhancements

Requirements:

• NCSO Certificate or higher is essential

• 2–5 years in safety or a related role

• Strong skills in MS Office Suite required

• Familiarity with HSE Management Systems needed

• Experience in structural steel is a notable advantage
