Join Graham as an HSE Coordinator, prioritizing safety and compliance within the Buildings Division. Oversee HSE practices across diverse construction projects, enhancing community spaces.
Your role as HSE Coordinator involves direct reporting to the Regional HSE Manager while addressing the HSE compliance needs of projects like the Skytrain Operations and Maintenance Centre. This position demands a hands-on approach to safety management, operational support, and inspections. Strong experience in HSE Management Systems and effective communication is vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver project-specific safety orientations to all personnel
• Verify completion of equipment inspections and reports
• Maintain records of safety performance and incident trends
• Support Behavioral Safety initiatives and emergency preparedness
• Facilitate HSE meetings and promote best practices
Requirements:
• Education in Health & Safety; NCSO preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant safety experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting tools
• Experience with structural steel preferred
• Strong knowledge of constructability and HSE practices
