This hands-on Foreman position demands strong leadership and problem-solving skills along with a focus on safety and quality execution. Position entails collaboration with senior project teams and requires familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily field operations for crews and subcontractors

• Allocate resources to meet production and project targets

• Enforce safety compliance and conduct pre-work briefings

• Interpret construction drawings and layout information

• Coordinate planning with Project Manager and Superintendent

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Civil Foreman or Field Supervisor

• Experience with large civil infrastructure projects

• Background in earthworks and utilities construction

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Proven leadership and communication skills
