Our civil contractor client urgently needs a Civil Foreman to lead infrastructure initiatives covering water, sewer, and transit projects. This position is focused on hands-on supervision and interacting closely with project leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in large civil projects, emphasizing safety and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily field operations with subcontractors

• Allocate resources efficiently to meet production goals

• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance

• Read and interpret construction drawings effectively

• Coordinate with project management for planning

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Civil Foreman or similar role

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale civil work
