Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate cost estimates for assigned projects

• Analyze specifications and proposals for pricing preparation

• Review project sites for precise estimations

• Obtain input from operations and pricing from suppliers

• Track weekly financial performance of awarded projects

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or infrastructure estimating

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to manage project scopes effectively

• Familiarity with cost estimation software and practices

• Knowledge of construction processes is a plus
