As a Grading Project Supervisor within the Grading & Paving Division, you will be responsible for contract administration and managing construction supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead contract administration and monitor contractor performance
• Implement quality management systems and audits
• Supervise day labor construction efforts and manage resources
• Prepare regular project status reports and documentation
• Assist in resolving claims and disputes effectively
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Four years of related experience or two years with a degree
• Strong contract administration knowledge
• Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
