Based in Delta, B.C., Phoenix Glass is a leader in glazing solutions, seeking a Senior Estimator with a robust understanding of glazing systems. You will be responsible for developing detailed estimates, evaluating drawings, and ensuring accuracy through all phases, including supplier pricing and client negotiations. This hands-on role emphasizes technical skill and project ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial glazing projects
• Review specifications and drawings for scope clarity
• Assess and identify risks associated with glazing estimates
• Manage supplier pricing and evaluate quotations
• Lead project handover meetings with teams
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years of commercial glazing estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall and related products
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital takeoff tools
• Ability to interpret architectural details accurately
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
