This posting is for both Seasonal Full‑Time status for the period of mid‑April 2026 - October 2026. Duties range from answering simple questions to arranging for mechanical assistance, troubleshooting and getting our vehicles back on the road or to a nearby repair shop in a timely manner. You will be trained to confidently answer a variety of questions from our clients and provide assistance to ensure they continue enjoying their Canadian adventure.

The hourly rate is between $20 and $23 depending on work background and experience.

• Technical troubleshooting for rental RVs
• Arranging on‑road repairs for customers (by phone and email)
• Assist in vehicle exchange procedures in case of breakdowns
• Record keeping for all on‑road repairs, maintenance and customer correspondence
• Performs other duties as required.

• Have secondary education and or related experience
• Have customer service experience
• Be able to read, write and speak English
• French, German or Dutch language is considered an asset but not required
• Possess excellent communication skills
• RV industry experience and knowledge an asset but not required
• General technical knowledge an asset
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have problem solving skills
• Be efficient
• Have basic computer skills
• Be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Work schedules are based on the OnRoad team’s operational schedule
• Seasonal part‑time or full‑time possibilities
• Western Canada based preferred
