This position requires being available full time, 40 hours a week for 1 year.

Monday – Friday schedule
Day shifts – 8:30 am – 5pm
Pay rate – $24/hr
Paid weekly – We pay every Friday!

• Create freight bill of ladings
• Process orders, forms, applications, requests, updating forms & reports
• Manage customers’ accounts
• Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Providing B2B customer support
• Willing to work occasional extended hours during peak periods
