In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining a seamless flow of communication. CMP prides itself on quality and service, and your role will directly contribute to enhancing client relationships and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer communications and order details
• Ensure accurate processing of e-commerce orders
• Prepare returns and credit authorizations swiftly
• Resolve complaints and maintain service records
• Assist in customer inquiries related to product info
Requirements:
• 1-3 years customer service experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent phone manners and communication skills
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
