In this multifaceted position, you'll assist both Customer Success and Field Service teams in fulfilling customer needs and addressing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for customer inquiries
• Collaborate to provide timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
• Assist with service scheduling and coordination
• Identify areas for customer process improvement
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a customer service environment
• Proven communication skills, both written and oral
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• High school diploma or equivalent required
