Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
As a Customer Account Manager, you will protect both MTU and customer interests by overseeing the service process of engines. This includes effective customer communication, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements.
Your role will make a critical impact on customer relationships and overall service satisfaction in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate customer requirements to operations effectively
• Organize maintenance activities for customer engines
• Oversee cost effectiveness during repair processes
• Provide regular status updates to customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and manage complaints
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in customer support or engineering
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and SAP applications
• Aviation-specific educational background is a plus
• Proficient in handling customer relations and reporting
