As a key member of the Hearing Life team, you will ensure exceptional service for clients while managing appointments and clinic operations. With a focus on client-centered care, you'll contribute to maintaining an organized and inviting environment.
Your role emphasizes both customer interactions and essential administrative support, making daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients
• Manage appointment bookings and follow-up calls
• Organize and maintain a tidy client waiting area
• Assist clinicians with client files and inventory
• Process payments and manage insurance claims
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
