Client Service Administrator – South Surrey / Morgan Creek / Delta, Scottsdale Centre – Part-Time

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a vital member of our team, you’ll create a welcoming environment for our clients, providing exceptional service every step of the way. You’ll foster positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring every client’s hearing journey is smooth and enjoyable.

  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering top-notch care. Greet clients, manage inbound calls and emails, and answer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Support clinic operations by managing and adjusting clinicians’ schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Keep the clinic looking its best; organize and tidy the waiting areas and ensure supplies are stocked and ready.
  • Administrative Support: Assist clinicians by maintaining client files, managing stock orders, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Handle basic hearing-aid maintenance, support events, and local promotions.
  • Accounting & Insurance: Process payments, track insurance claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain inventory. Your attention to detail ensures smooth financial operations.
What You Bring
  • At least 2 years of customer-service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
