Your role will center around client satisfaction and operational support.
As a Client Service Administrator, you'll be part of a dedicated team at Hearing Life Canada, focusing on client-centered care. You'll serve as the first point of contact, managing communications and appointments. Ensuring a tidy clinic and maintaining essential supplies will contribute to a smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage all inquiries

Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in customer service roles
• Excellent organizational skills for juggling tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks
