Join Hearing Life Canada as a Client Service Administrator in South Surrey. In this part-time role, you’ll enhance client experiences through superior service and support.
As a key part of our clinic, you will assist clients with their hearing journeys by managing inquiries and appointments effectively. Your capability in building relationships and handling administrative tasks will help maintain clinic operations at their best, ensuring both clients and staff have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first contact for client inquiries
• Organize and manage appointment schedules for clinicians
• Keep the clinic welcoming and well-stocked
• Maintain accurate client files and assist clinicians
• Track payments and manage insurance claims
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in customer service
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented for financial tasks
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
