The Guest Services Representative at Hotel Equities oversees welcoming guests and checking them in efficiently. You will provide accurate information, handle inquiries, and resolve guest complaints, ensuring a pleasant stay. Familiarity with Marriott, Hilton or other major hotel standards will be beneficial in this engaging position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and register them upon arrival
• Handle check-in, payments, and maintain house bank
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Manage reservations and promote hotel amenities
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the property
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with hotel processes, especially major brands
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer proficiency and math skills
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
