In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless experience. With at least two years of customer service experience, your role includes administering front desk tasks, coordinating group bookings, and providing concierge-style support to connect guests with dining and operational departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Welcome visitors and anticipate their needs
• Manage reservations and front desk transactions
• Administer front desk operations and maintain records
• Support on-site operations and guest amenities
Requirements:
• Secondary school completion; hospitality diploma is an asset
• Minimum two years in customer service or administration
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and office equipment operation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to undergo background checks
