You will actively sell tickets, facilitate check-ins, and manage baggage in a fast-paced airport environment. Emphasizing safety and customer satisfaction is key in this position.
Your role will be dynamic, adapting to various tasks that arise to support Delta’s operations fully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Print, sell, and reissue tickets while handling transactions
• Manage the check-in process and verify travel documentation
• Lift and handle baggage up to 80 pounds
• Provide updates on flight status and gate information
• Ensure safe operations of jet ways and aircraft doors
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years old
• Entry-level computer competency
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must hold a valid driver’s license in Canada
