HID is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to ensure timely processing of all customer orders from purchase through shipment. With a focus on accuracy in data entry within the Oracle ERP system, you will handle various customer inquiries and shipment coordination. This position demands a proactive approach to customer support and collaboration across departments to meet delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter purchase orders into ERP system accurately
• Acknowledge orders and confirm shipment details
• Coordinate with teams for timely order fulfillment
• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Resolve order discrepancies and manage special requests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years in customer service or order entry
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Support customer satisfaction and operational excellence as the key point of contact within HID's dynamic team.
