Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Join Fraserway RV as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Delta, British Columbia. This seasonal role focuses on helping customers with their RV rental experience while speaking German or Dutch.

Fraserway RV is seeking passionate individuals for full-time and part-time seasonal positions from June to October 2026.

Your role will involve assisting customers as they start their travel journeys. You'll utilize your strong customer service skills to create meaningful experiences for clients requiring assistance in their preferred language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude

• Guide customers through their RV rental process

• Clearly explain rental paperwork to clients

• Demonstrate RV features to patrons

• Check in returning RVs and address any concerns

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and either German or Dutch

• Strong customer service and communication abilities

• Reliable and punctual in a fast-paced environment

• Positive and energetic personality

• Availability to work weekends
