Community Receptionist

Position: Community Receptionist Role Available
Join our community as a Receptionist, where you will ensure a welcoming environment for all residents and guests. This position involves administrative duties, visitor support, and emergency response coordination.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you are the first line of support for inquiries and communications.

Your role encompasses a variety of reception and clerical tasks, along with managing resident interactions professionally and confidentially. Empathy and organizational skills are essential for a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors while managing inquiries effectively

• Keep a daily log for communication relevant to residents

• Execute digital filing, correspondence, and record updates

• Facilitate move-in procedures and key management

• Oversee safety checks and maintenance requests

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience

• Skilled in Google Workspace and general office tasks

• Completed Grade 12 education with relevant training

• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy

• Capable of handling emergencies professionally
