Join Fraserway RV as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative in Delta, British Columbia. This role provides seasonal opportunities to enrich customer travel experiences from April to October 2026.

As part of Canada's largest RV dealer, you will provide support as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in German, Dutch, or Mandarin. This full-time or part-time position comes with an hourly rate of $20 to $22 based on qualifications. You’ll engage with customers, guiding them through the RV rental process and ensuring every detail contributes to their adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to dealership visitors

• Facilitate the RV rental process for customers

• Walk through required paperwork with clients

• Explain RV features to boost customer confidence

• Resolve issues during vehicle return efficiently

Requirements:

• Fluent in English plus German, Dutch, or Mandarin

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and thrives in fast-paced settings

• Availability to work weekends and collaborate actively
