Join HID as a Customer Success Manager in Vancouver and ensure clients gain maximum value from our innovative solutions. Focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention while meeting performance goals.
Your responsibilities will include managing client portfolios post-implementation. You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while supporting customer renewals and expansions. Engage with stakeholders to assess performance and proactively resolve issues to foster long-lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary account manager for assigned customer accounts
• Drive customer advocacy and prepare clients for NPS participation
• Create and maintain effective Customer Success Plans
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights based on customer feedback
• Collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
• 4 to 7 years in roles like Customer Success or Account Management
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Relevant degree in business preferred
