Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for a full time Mandarin or Cantonese/ English speaking Customer Support / Administration for a health food distribution company. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing and is customer-service oriented. The person with the right customer service attitude is welcome!
Requirements- Offer customer service through email, phone or walk-in clients
- Administrative work related to customer support
- Occasionally physical work which will be to pick up simple/ small orders from warehouse or will assist during events
- Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
- Experience in customer service
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
- Post-Secondary education would be an asset
- Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese. Conversational English skills - good written communication.
Work Schedule is Mondays to Thursdays are 1pm to 9pm, Fri 11am to 7pm, rare occasion Saturday for events
Wage is $/ hour. Benefits after probationary period.
