Chinese/English Bilingual CSR/Order Picker International Nutraceutical
Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for a flex (part to full time) Customer Support / Order Picker for an international health food distribution company. The ideal candidate is energetic and is customer-service oriented - Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese and English would be ideal as many of their client distributors are Chinese speakers while the other half are English speakers!
Open to entry level/ fresh graduates, retail, warehouse or other experience; looking for the right customer service attitude!
- Offer customer service when clients arrive to pick up orders
- Pick health food orders from small warehouse
- Must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
- Customer service or good communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- General computer skills
- Able to prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
- Able to work in a team and supportive environment
- Post-Secondary education could be an asset but not required
- English skills (written and verbal)
- Good Mandarin or Cantonese (verbal) is a good asset but not a requirement
Business or working days would be 5 days of the 6 business days:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 11:00AM - 7:00PM Wednesday, Thursday - 1:00PM - 9:00PM, (only once to twice per month) Saturday - 10:00AM - 6:00PM
Wage: $18.75/hr +4% vacation on each pay period =$19.50/hr including vacation pay.
