• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in dental administration

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology

• Ability to uphold a professional level of patient confidentiality

• Excellent communication skills with staff and patients
