Job Overview

$20.00 to $25.00 hourly (to be negotiated). 1 position.

Location:

SWIFT CURRENT. Employment:
Full‑Time.

Education:

University Diploma.

• Create three‑dimensional (3‑D) models with computer‑aided design (CAD).
• Create two‑dimensional (2‑D) drawings with computer‑aided design (CAD).
• Analyze technical documents and reports.
• Prepare working drawings.
• Monitor and inspect work.
• Assist in design development.
• Prepare presentation graphics and drawings.

• Certification: CADD Course.
• Computer and technology knowledge:
  Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word.
• Area of work experience: design (architectural specialization), commercial and/or industrial construction, industrial construction, institutional construction, interior and space planning, renovation, residential construction, restoration and/or preservation.
• Transportation/travel: valid driver’s licence.
• Personal suitability: efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, punctuality.
• Working conditions:
  
  fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail; sitting, standing, walking. Own tools/equipment: cellular phone.
