• The candidate will be responsible for creating interior spaces that reflect the needs and preferences of clients.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
• The candidate will be responsible for advising on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
• The candidate must consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and the purpose of the space.
• The candidate must develop detailed plans and 3D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings.

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be accurate.
• The candidate should be client focused.
• The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
• The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

• The candidate must be familiar with 3D graphic software, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

• The candidate must be skilled in flooring, kitchen design, residential design, and general interior design.
