The candidate will be responsible for creating interior spaces that reflect the needs and preferences of clients.
The candidate must read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
The candidate will be responsible for advising on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
The candidate must consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and the purpose of the space.
The candidate must develop detailed plans and 3D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
The candidate will be responsible for developing plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings.

Job Requirements    The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
The candidate should be accurate.
The candidate should be client focused.
The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
The candidate should be a good team player.
Computer and technology knowledge    The candidate must be familiar with 3D graphic software, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Area of specialization    The candidate must be skilled in flooring, kitchen design, residential design, and general interior design.
