International Student Health & Wellness Manager

The Delta School District is looking for an International Student Health and Wellness Manager. This role emphasizes the importance of health in student development and community integration.

You will oversee health, wellness, and emergency response systems that support over 15,900 students in this dynamic role. Your leadership will ensure that practices are trauma-informed and culturally responsive, enhancing student experiences at 31 schools in diverse environments. Collaborate with educators and healthcare providers to implement strategies, manage sensitive cases, and lead special projects aimed at promoting student resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement health initiatives for students

• Manage complex welfare cases and emergency responses

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance

• Support summer ELL program operations and staff training

• Develop materials for effective health education communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in youth services or education

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

• Experience with multicultural student environments
