Position: District Focus Coordinator for Behaviour Support
Empower educators and students as a District Behaviour Specialist Focus Coordinator. This critical role develops inclusive learning practices to support diverse learners' unique needs across the district.

Commencing on September 8, 2026, this ongoing position is dedicated to fostering environments that accommodate students with self-regulation issues and varied emotional challenges. You will work closely with school teams to implement and assess Individual Education Plans and behaviour support strategies, enhancing classroom learning experiences for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide embedded support for inclusive practices

• Develop Individual Education Plans for diverse learners

• Collaborate with educational ministries and services

• Train school staff on trauma-informed practices

• Foster communities of practice for educators

Requirements:

• Valid Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst Certification

• Master’s degree in Inclusive Education or related field

• Experience with behaviour support and assessment

• Ability to assist educators in diverse environments

• Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning principles
