Performing Arts Leadership Instructor

The City of Delta seeks enthusiastic Performing Arts Instructors to lead and inspire students in various recreational programs. Flexibility and creativity are essential as you create engaging lesson plans and facilitate diverse classes. The schedule includes weekday sessions and summer camps held Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and lead performing arts classes for diverse participants

• Create engaging lesson plans tailored for each session

• Deliver instructional sessions in music, singing, and theatre

• Manage classrooms effectively to foster learning

• Commit to punctuality and responsibility in scheduled classes

Requirements:

• Active involvement in performing arts practice

• Relevant experience in music, vocal, or dance training

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills

• Willing to work weekdays during July and August

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check
