Lead transformative learning initiatives as a Learning and Development Specialist for Frontline teams. Deliver hands-on training that enhances team performance and operational efficacy.
We are looking for a proactive Learning and Development Specialist who thrives in hands-on training scenarios. This full-time role focuses on in-field coaching, designing effective onboarding strategies, and partnering with leaders to create engaging content relevant to frontline operations. You will use feedback to constantly refine training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct practical training sessions with frontline employees
• Collaboratively create onboarding roadmaps with department heads
• Design engaging training workshops and job guides
• Lead development sessions for trainers to promote learning
• Regularly assess and update training materials based on observations
Requirements:
• 3+ years in field training, preferably in hospitality or cleaning
• Strong facilitator able to connect with diverse teams
• Creative approach to building and adapting training content
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel
• Must pass pre-employment security checks
