Position: Boundary Beach Program Coordinator
Drive transformative educational experiences in Delta School District as the Boundary Beach Program Coordinator. Specialize in inclusive learning for Grades 1-7, ensuring all students achieve their potential.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of inclusive instructional strategies and support educational planning. Collaborate with district teams to assess and improve educational practices while coordinating resources for student success in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inclusive instructional delivery in classroom settings

• Design and execute Individual Education and Safety Plans

• Manage community-based support services for students

• Develop tailored transition plans for students returning to schools

• Build and maintain collaborative networks for educational improvement

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling or relevant specialization

• Successful experience in inclusive education environments

• Liaison with community support programs and agencies

• Proven ability in developing education transition plans

• Experience working with Indigenous student communities
