Position: Co-Directress for Lower Elementary at BBMS
Join the Boundary Bay Montessori School team as a Co-Directress for the Lower Elementary (6–9) program in Delta, BC. Influence the next generation by crafting a supportive and enriching Montessori learning environment.

For the 2026-27 school year, we are looking for an inspired Montessori educator.

Your role will be pivotal in guiding children’s development while adhering to BC educational standards. Collaborate with our innovative team to provide quality education and support for both students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a well-prepared Montessori environment for 6–9-year-olds

• Foster a nurturing community that values respect and growth

• Maintain effective communication with families and documentation

• Align with BC Ministry of Education learning and reporting requirements

• Engage in professional development opportunities consistently

Requirements:

• Montessori Certification (Elementary 6–9 and/or Casa 3–6)

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree

• Montessori elementary teaching experience

• Eligible for BC Teacher Regulation Branch certification

• Valid Criminal Record Check & First Aid Certification
