In this temporary position for the 2026-27 school year, you will assist in classroom adaptations and support students with various exceptionalities. The role involves one-on-one engagement, planning educational activities, and designing behavior management strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with students facing communication challenges
• Assist teachers with curriculum development and implementation

Requirements:
• Completion of an Educational Assistant program or ABA training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing student needs
• Experience with behavior management techniques
• Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
