Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with students facing communication challenges

• Assist teachers with curriculum development and implementation

• Implement individualized behavior programs and monitoring

• Record and observe student progress for tailored support

• Provide supervision on and off school premises

Requirements:

• Completion of an Educational Assistant program or ABA training

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to changing student needs

• Experience with behavior management techniques

• Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
