This role is pivotal in creating a positive learning atmosphere, particularly for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Specific Learning Disabilities. You will collaborate with teachers and support staff, utilizing your specialized training in behavioural strategies and inclusive education. Your goal is to promote independence, engagement, and social-emotional development among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in developing and implementing individualized learning plans

• Interact one-on-one with students facing learning challenges

• Reinforce concepts and implement instructional programs designed by teachers

• Observe, record progress, and maintain detailed student records

• Supervise students during on-campus and off-campus activities

Requirements:

• Completed Educational Assistant program or ABA training

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledgeable in behavior management techniques

• Ability to operate specialized school equipment

• Physically capable of performing assigned duties
