Position: Spanish Teacher for MYP and DP Program
Join Southpointe Academy as a full-time Spanish Teacher for MYP and DP programmes. This role focuses on fostering inquiry-based language education in a supportive learning environment for the  school year.

We seek an enthusiastic educator committed to social and emotional student growth. Collaborate with peers in creating interdisciplinary learning experiences while leading engaging language activities. Your positive approach will help build relationships with students and families, making a difference in their academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement innovative, inquiry-driven language courses

• Support student language development with tailored instruction

• Encourage a culture of respect and curiosity in the classroom

• Engage in extracurricular activities, enhancing student engagement

• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

• Valid BC teaching certification

• Minimum 2 years' teaching experience desired

• Experience with IB programmes is preferred

• Dedication to community-building events throughout the school year
