Reach Early Learning Centre (North Delta)is a non-profit centre of excellence in early learning. Our full day childcare centre is for children 3
-5 years of age and located in the heart of Ladner in Delta, B.C.

We are excited to offer regular part-time employment for a licensed Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Hours:

9:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday to Friday

• ECE Certificate is required, Post Basic ECE Special Needs Citation is preferred
• Minimum of two years of working experience
• Experience working in an inclusive program
• Knowledge and understanding of the B.C. Early Learning Framework

• Program planning and implementation of the daily curriculum to include indoor/outdoor, active/quiet and individual and group activities.
• Work collaboratively with families, teachers and therapists to ensure the effective inclusion of all children and their families
• Ensure that individual assessment plans are implemented and monitored
• Ensure that all communications and interactions with families display respect for cultural diversity and differing family styles
• Keep abreast of current trends and information in the Early Childhood Education field
• Work collaboratively with the Centre Coordinator, consultants and therapists as needed

$27.53 – $31.57 per hour, based on experience
