This hands-on role requires full on-site presence, focusing on diagnosing issues, managing work scope, and mentoring shipboard engineers. You will handle everything from sourcing new equipment to overseeing the quality of repair work. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage electrical issues and propose repair solutions
• Establish work orders for scheduled repairs
• Supervise timely completion of electrical work
• Develop and manage maintenance planning systems
• Mentor junior engineers on electrical systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years as an Electrical Technical Officer
• Expertise in troubleshooting industrial electrical systems
• Familiarity with propulsion and generator systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
